Britain, May 1st, 2024. Last month passed in dismal sunless skies; hazy “clouds”, cloud-like “haze”, the horizon often a solid grey slab. Occasional glimpses of the sunlight that once made April wonderful, before they started drawing lines in the sky. It looks wrong, it feels wrong, and after sixty-odd years on earth I know damn well it is wrong. Fake weather is so easy to spot, but like every government crime against the people, you are NOT ALLOWED TO NOTICE. From big-city stabbings to the pornification of childhood, the problem is never the crime -the problem is YOU NOTICED.
